I have used this plugin for quite some time. But it was tiresome to set up and to customize. And I newer really was sure how the newsletters would show up when received by customers. I tested it, but sometimes the header would not show up. I finally left it and opted by a online newsletter/email system, that is sooo much easier to handle. We have thousands using our free and paid versions and we haven’t heard of the header sometimes not showing up. This could indicate a website timeout from your hosting, if it’s an image, or the email program of your users (or yours) blocking images. We also use it on our own websites and send it to many subscribers without any issue. One of our customers sends over 35000 emails every 2 days successfully for the past many years, and he’s part of our hosting as well. Do you have a ticket open with us on our website to troubleshoot this? Bugs do happen so we’d like to view that and see how we could help. You said that you’re not sure how the newsletter would show up. However, in addition to the live preview on the newsletter creation page which shows your newsletter, we have a send preview right there on the same page and it works seamlessly. It sends it to the email address of your choice and you’re able to view it exactly as it will be once you send that newsletter. If the issue is related to your website and hosting, or email program, then I don’t believe our plugin deserves a 1 star review for this. We do sell an embedded images extension that resolves the timeout issue you may have experienced. It works with the free version as well and lots use it. https://tribulant.com/extensions/view/6/embedded-images Like any newsletter system, setting it up does take some time, and we wish you had told us to verify the issue you’re experiencing before publishing this review. We’re always there, though sometimes our support does take a bit longer as we have numerous products and tickets. This reply was modified 1 year, 1 month ago by Ramouz . It can be just me that experienced those difficulties. Anyways I am trying another option that is not embedded into my wordpress site. If you decide to return to using our WordPress Newsletters plugin (we believe that having it in WordPress directly is very convenient), feel free to reach out to us on our support site so that we can investigate the issue you had experienced. Thank you for your review revision, much appreciated! I hope you have a great week.
