supportHello, The presentations I have made are displayed correctly when I am in admin mode (logged in) and are different when I am not in admin mode. As an administrator, I only see the images, while the page displayed to users shows a numbered list on the left and the images are not centred. The same page viewed while logged in as an administrator only shows the images (as it should according to the settings). Thank you for your help. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
Hi @luciots . Thanks for using MetaSlider. If you have a different frontend view between an administrator and regular user, the first place to look is always a cache or optimization plugin. Please check this guide and particularly step 5 https://www.metaslider.com/docs/troubleshooting/#step-5-does-it-help-to-disable-optimization-or-security-plugins
Hello, thank you for your reply. I discovered that if I change the caption for each photo inserted in the slide from “manual entry” (default) to “media description”, the problem with the numbers appearing on the left of the slides disappears. Thank you.
That’s good to hear. Thanks for using MetaSlider.
