There is two keys that makes all the difference and that is using fontello to package the fonts as well as naming the fonts specifically in Fontello. Without doing that, it won’t work. That’s what the support tab is for. It works on 99% of setups, but some shared hosts block the PHP functions it uses. I hope next time you reach out before leaving people bad reviews for no reason.
