Hello, thank you very much for creating this plugin. On January 5th I set up that all information more than 14 days old be deleted (see screenshot). Today, Jan 21st I can still see all messages and none of them were deleted. Can you advise? So we have an production website with this version : 6.7.2 => WordPress 2.5 => flamingo 6.0.4 => contact form 7 And we have no issue of deleting message on it. I Can confirm that my production website is: 6.7.2 => WordPress 2.5 => Flamingo 6.0.4 => Contact Form 7 Site is hosted on WP Engine. I have set messages to be deleted if they are 14 days and older. Is there any automation that may be blocked by the hosting provider? Thanks Dan This is from the hosting company (WP Engine): I would reach out to the plugin support. How or what does it run to delete the files. Is it a script, is it a command. It could be that something in the command is not allowed by the server in which case they would either have to change it or you would need to use a different plugin. Its hard to know with the information provided by the error. Its not on our disallowed list and I have never come across it before and I have checked our support system and seeing no reference to it so It has either never been used with us before or nor has ever reported an issue to us about it before. Hi, For response the plugin use the native function in worpdress : wp_schedule_event, to run hourly the cleaning script. Best regards; I can confirm it is working now. the issue might have been that there were a lot of messages to delete so the server might have timed out. Thank you for your help. Dan

I can confirm it is working now. the issue might have been that there were a lot of messages to delete so the server might have timed out. Thank you for your help. Dan
