Defining Targets

Hey there, great plugin – simple, does the job. However… because the nature of it is redirecting a user it would be great to either use a custom field to define the target within each instance or even globally with an option within the plugin code. Basically I have a site with mixed needs – it would be great to define whether the link is allowed to load over the current page (default) or open up in a new page… but I’d be happy with just opening everything as one or the other, if I had that option.
