Hello: I love this plugin. Although, the default browser scrollbar flashes on for an instant before the custom scrollbar displays. However, as brief as that instant is, it nevertheless looks very badly. Please let me know what can added to stop the default scrollbar from flashing on at all? Until the JavaScript script finishes loading, the browser displays the normal visuals. The target element can be made hidden or not have a scrollbar by additional coding but it may give a more awkward impression to site visitors.
