Hi, I have problems with the Facebook Pixel and the Purchase Event. I have a German shop and when the sale price is i.e. “100,00 EUR” the plugin is sending “10000.00 EUR” to Facebook. Seems it “skips” the decimal separator. Thanks, Bastian The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi Bastia I checked an AddToCart event, and the Pixel Manager handled it correctly: https://cln.sh/gdLp6x3q Thus I can only assume that it handles the purchase event also correctly. Also we don’t have similar reports from anyone else. So my assumption is that there is some third-party code causing this. To find out, it would be best if you send us the debug information from the support page of the Pixel Manager to support@sweetcode.com . It will help us analyze the purchase event closer. Thanks so much! I just sent the email. Due to inactivity, I’m closing this thread for now. Feel free to add a new reply to continue the conversion for this support request.
