review · 1 starsa few days after purchasing Rank Math SEO “PRO”, I was charged for a subscription to “Content AI Starter”, which I never subscribed to. I might have clicked once on a “Content AI” field (by mistake, as I use Claude for that) while editing a page. Was that enough to “subscribe”, really? a few days after purchasing Rank Math SEO “PRO”, I was charged for a subscription to “Content AI Starter”, which I never subscribed to. EDIT: It appears it’s “a free trial”, of undocumented duration or price. And this rogue subscription is cleverly hidden in a separate tab in their dashboard. Rank Math support tells me I should have received an email about the end of trial. I never received this email. Bottom line: it’s not “poor UX” or an accident, but a well calculated SCAM.

The trial is disclosed during the purchase process and is not intended to be hidden or activated without notice. We understand your concern regarding the charge after the trial period, especially if you did not receive the trial expiration email.
