The plugin page doesn’t say anything about needing to create an account to use this plugin, which by the way will expire after 1 year and the user will have to start paying to keep accessing feedback info. Also confusing interface. Had to go to their site to customize the plugin and I couldn’t figure out how to change anything about the form except when and how it showed up. It’s not a terrible plugin, just not what I was looking for and I don’t like when these plugins present themselves as being free and don’t tell you about the price tag till you’ve already installed it. Also I find it a little suspicious that it got eight 5 star reviews in one day and then never got another review. Sorry you didn’t like it. Of course we try our best to make it as easy as possible to use the plugin and start collecting feedback right away. In terms of the freemium, it’s automatically renewed with another yearly freemium. It’s not that it converts to a paid plan. It remains free forever. We are working hard to expand the features within WordPress. This makes it more easy to adjust and edit the feedback form without leaving the WordPress admin panel.
