just in case you didn’t see the other post in the group, this was spotted here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/extra-var_log-statement-outputting-mysql-on-simple-login-log-listing/ There’s a quick edit in the comments that shows you how patch the plugin until it’s updated. (Basically comment out or delete line 568 in /wp-content/plugins/simple-login-log/simple-login-log.php)
