purchased today at about noon pacific. I installed vaultpress and entered reg key sent in my welcome email. Yet dashboard shows plan as “basic” and no where can I scan/remove threat. I sent 3 messages to support and nothing. I deleted plugin, reinstalled, entered reg key, and still nothing. Not impressed so far. Lots of money to spend for this BS. Will update when/if I hear from them
