Custom Step Possible (Feature Question)

Hello there, I want to try the free version of this plugin, and would like to know in the following scenario, currently if a site is using the default woocommerce checkout page, and that page has the privacy policy which gives by default a tick box field where we outlines the terms of sale before they can proceed to paying, they have to tick it. So can this field with privacy policy / terms of sale be put on custom step, basically can a custom step be added that has text (terms) and a I agree text box which they have to tick before payment options are shown? Everything in the Customization section in the plugin’s documentation can also be used with the plugin’s free version.
