supportWordPress version: 6.8.2 Woocommerce version: 10.1.2 Plugin version: 1.2.1 When going to Woocommerce > Settings > Emails tab (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email) under “Email notifications”, none of the custom statuses show up – only the default Woocommerce statuses are there. Additionally, from the plugin page, Woocommerce > Order Status (/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=order_status), when clicking “Edit Template” to edit the email template of a custom order status, the page that loads is blank where the email settings would normally be and the “Save Changes” button is greyed out. Hello @thorned-rose , I hope you are doing well. It’s a pleasure to assist you. To provide you with the best support, please follow these instructions: #1. On a test site with only our plugin, WooCommerce, and the Storefront theme, you can perform the test you mentioned. This way, we can rule out internal conflicts or issues with third-party plugins. #2. Record a clip that demonstrates your problem. To record a video of the issue you are experiencing, use a free screen recording app like CloudApp or Loom. Note: We have seen the screenshot you shared, but for better clarity, please follow the instructions. We are here if you need anything else. Best regards, peace!
@mathdaniel Neither is very easy for me to do as this website is somewhat complex, been running for a great number of years and contains sensitive information. So I can’t easily clone it and strip out the necessary information or at least it would be very time consuming. Even just trying to get a video of the problem I realised it was very difficult. I have done the best I can in the time I have: #1. I installed the Storefront theme and activated it (this made no difference to the problem) I put the site into troubleshooting mode. All plugins were disabled except Woocommerce and the Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce plugin. The problem still exists. #2. I’ve uploaded a series of screenshots as a gif that hopefully replicates a video enough that you can see what is happening: https://ibb.co/dsh6BkkF I’ve also uploaded each screenshot if you want to look at them individually: https://postimg.cc/gallery/PYGNs2R Site Health Info: https://pastebin.com/PCJSnmM0 Woocommerce System Status: https://pastebin.com/JhF8VN7M
