supportHello Thanks for this awesome plugin. But unfortunately I’m facing a problem with my created design on elementor. The first picture is my model design, and the second one is how it look on wordpress dashboard. View post on imgur.com View post on imgur.com As you can see, some colors turn into black or white, the icons are small, and my stick video widget (happy addons plugin) do not appear in the dash board. The same thing happens in another website, i’ve setup orange buttons, but in the dash board they all became gray/white/black View post on imgur.com View post on imgur.com The same thing occur in another plugin called ”White Label CMS”, I’ve tested in both in deafferents sites, and the same problem occurs. I guess some wordpress update have broken this feature. I would be tankful if it could be fixed.
I understand this is a free plugin, but this issue has been there since the start. The developer has not responded to any of the support requests about this issue … not once..!
Hi @danielastron Thank you for writing to us. Are you using the global styles for the widgets? If yes, you need to apply styles to widgets only because global styles don’t work on the dashboard. I hope it helps.
Yes I figured this out a while back, have to apply styles manually. @simrandeep While I have you here, there is an issue, you might be able to address. The DWE dash is not always shown as standard when clients log in, they have to get to screen options first and optin to see it. We deactivate screen options for our clients, maybe you should make sure that that DWE dash is checked in screen options as standard.
Hi @satraptech I am sorry, but it is not possible to always show the welcome panel. It is controlled by WordPress, and we are just showing our own content using DWE. Once it is dismissed, it can’t be shown again until it is enabled again from the Screen Options. I hope it helps.
So If I understand correctly DWE is “part” the Welcome Panel and if we don’t disable that, then there should be no issue. I will test it thanks.
