I can’t say enough good things about the FunnelKit support team especially Pratik who was communication person for my inquieries. They not only resolved my issue incredibly fast, but they also went far beyond what I originally asked for. The level of care, technical knowledge, and attention to detail was honestly impressive. What stood out most is that they didn’t just “fix the problem”. They proactively checked related areas, suggested improvements, and made sure everything was working perfectly including changes in plugin code! All of this was done in a very short time and with clear, friendly communication throughout. This is the kind of support that builds real trust.
