review · 1 starsCSS Class added and does not work. He redirects on YouTube. Useless
Hi @kruku , I’m sorry for your frustration but I’m sure there’s something wrong in how the plugin was set up. The trigger should never be a link pointing to the actual YouTube video. Have you had a chance to check out the documentation? You will find all details on how the plugin should be set up here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/responsive-youtube-vimeo-popup/ https://wp-video-popup.com/docs/usage/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QBEppQ7mslo Here’s a link example for the trigger element: Play Video Notice how the href link contains only a # symbol. I understand your frustration if a plugin doesn’t seem to be doing what it’s supposed to but it would have been great if you’ve created a support ticket first instead of leaving a 1-star review. I’m sure this is something we can help to resolve. I’m happy to look into this for you. Best, David
