I’m getting the following critical JavaScript error in the browser console: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot redefine property: src at document.createElement (<anonymous>) This error originates in the file script.js loaded by the CookieYes plugin. It appears that the plugin is trying to override or redefine document.createElement or a native property like src , which causes a TypeError and breaks other JavaScript functionality on my site, especially in the WooCommerce checkout. I tested this by disabling CookieYes, and the error disappears immediately. Hi @snecz , Thanks for reporting this issue! To help us investigate further, could you please share the following details: The version of the CookieYes plugin you’re currently using. When you first noticed the issue. For example, did it occur after a recent update, or while using WooCommerce or another specific plugin? A more detailed description of the issue, including the exact steps to reproduce it, and whether it occurs consistently or only in certain scenarios. Once we have this information, we’ll be able to look into it more closely and provide you with the right guidance. Thank you for your cooperation! Hi @snecz , Could you also share your website URL here so that we can check and try to replicate the issue on our end? Hi @nickcysupport It’s 3.3.6 . This happened after the last updates of few plugins (including Woo). Website is https://littleforest.pl/ But the CookieYes plugin is now disabled because the chekout page was practically not working. Hello @snecz , Thanks for the update. We tried to replicate the issue on our end but were unable to reproduce the problem. We also noticed that you’re currently using the manual script installation method instead of the plugin. To help us investigate further, could you please share which exact plugins were updated just before the issue occurred? This information will allow us to check if there’s any potential conflict between the CookieYes plugin and one of the recently updated plugins. Once we have those details, we’ll review the setup and provide the next steps to resolve it. Hi @snecz , It has been quite some time since our last communication, so we will mark this thread as resolved. Please open a new thread if you are still facing issues or have questions that you need us to answer.
