So this has taken some debugging, but here is the situation: Creating a new “Builder template” for a ‘single’ product allows you to initially create a new version with that product as a demonstration, however, if you subsequently try to edit, then the product doesnt seem to make it through, and causes a wordpress 500 error (unrelated to elementor) because the is_on_sale() function doesnt exist. On line 13 of the /widgets/product-image/screens/default.php where the is_on_sale() is called, it seems that there is NO product. The ID if you debug it, returns as the template’s background Post ID instead of the product post ID. I have obviously commented this out, but that just passes the problem along to the next part of the template process. This particular site is hosted via WordPress.com, to provide some potentially useful information. Dear @retinadigital , Thanks for reaching out to us & extremely sorry for the delayed response. In our development environment, the ShopEngine single product template is working fine. First, please make sure you’re using the latest version of your theme and all related plugins. Based on the issue you’re experiencing, I recommend performing a conflict test to identify the root cause. Sometimes other plugins or themes can interfere with ShopEngine’s functionality.( please take a backup of your website before doing the below steps ). Clear all caches, including plugin, browser, server, and CDN (e.g., Cloudflare). If you’re using a cache/optimization plugin, try disabling it temporarily. Switch to a default theme like Hello Elementor to check if the issue is theme-related. If the problem persists, deactivate all plugins except ShopEngine, WooCommerce , and Elementor , then reactivate them one by one to identify conflicts. Additionally, update your permalink settings ( Guide ) and regenerate CSS & sync the library ( Guide ). Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible. Your patience & cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Reju Dear @retinadigital , I hope this message finds you well. Since we haven’t received any response from you, we assume that the issue has been resolved. Therefore, I’m marking this thread as resolved. If you need any further assistance on this matter, feel free to create a new thread. We will be happy to assist you. Best Regards, Reju
