Critical Error

Hi, i have installed the FAQ Adon. Unfortunately I get a critical error as soon as I insert a shortcode. The error also happens to all pages, in posts, pages or product categories. It doesn’t matter whether I use the shortcode with individual questions or with groups of questions. In the backend, i.e. the pages when I create the questions etc., everything works wonderfully. Just as soon as I insert the shortcode, my site crashes with a critical error. Where can this error come from and what can I do?
