I hope this is something simple I’m simply missing! I want to create 3 Wishlists for users, that everyone has by default. Is this possible? Hi @namespending , You’re not missing anything — there currently isn’t a built-in way to automatically create 3 predefined wishlists for every customer. Right now, here’s how it works: A single default wishlist is created automatically the first time a customer uses the wishlist feature. You can customize the name of this default wishlist: How to Configure General Wishlist Settings Multiple wishlists are supported, but customers create them themselves from their My Account page: How to Set Wishlist to Single or Multiple Mode How Customers Can Manage Their Wishlists in My Account How Customers Can Use Wishlists in Your Store So at the moment, the closest option is enabling Multiple Wishlist mode and letting customers create their own lists. That said, I really like your idea, so I’ve already submitted it as a feature request for our developers to consider. To help us better understand the feature, could you share a bit more about your use case? What would the 3 wishlists be used for? Should the wishlist names be fixed or customizable? Should this apply to existing customers too, or only new signups? What would the 3 wishlists be used for? In my use, it would be for a “Wishlist”, “Backlog” and “Complete” for video games. Should the wishlist names be fixed or customizable? Personally I’d prefer them fixed 🙂 Should this apply to existing customers too, or only new signups? I’d want it to apply to everyone, regardless of whether they are new or already using the site Hi @namespending , Thanks for the extra context — that’s really helpful! The “Wishlist / Backlog / Complete” use case for video games is a great example of how multiple fixed wishlists could work in practice, and it’s exactly the kind of detail that helps us scope the feature properly. I’ve forwarded your feedback to the team as a feature request, including your preferences around fixed names rather than customizable ones, and having it applied to all users — existing and new alike. I’ll mark this thread as resolved for now and circle back once this lands in a release. Thanks again for taking the time to share how you’d use it! Hi, I was wondering if there’s any update on this at all please? Hi @namespending , Thanks for the follow-up! Pre-seeding a set of default wishlists for all users automatically is something we’re planning to include in the Pro version of SaveTo Wishlist. Since discussing Pro features falls outside what we can cover in the free plugin’s support forum, feel free to reach out to us directly at support[at]savetowishlist.com for more information. Thanks again for your interest!
