Hello, This plugin is 80% of what I’m looking for, thank you for saving me lots of dev work! Four things that would make this 100% what I’m looking for: Option to change “no. of payments” to be “Loan Term Length” Instead of “no. of payments = 60 month” option, select it as “‘Loan term length = 5 years” or instead of “no. of payments = 240 month”, user be able to select it as “Loan term length = 20 years” Option to hide “total interest payable” this isn’t super relevant for my users Option to hide the field “payment in arrears” This is a backend calculation, I don’t need users seeing how it is calculated in my use case In the interest rate form field, this would also hide the “p.a.” Front-end checkbox for the user to select “balloon payment” which would toggle on a field entry box of “Amortization” next to “loan term” For instance, a 5 year loan term and a 20 year amortization at 5% interest would automatically calculate the balloon payment Hi @pholla I’m glad to hear that our plugin has met 80% of your expectations. Our goal is also to meet the expectations of our users as much as possible. Regarding the options you mentioned, here are the updates: Option to change “no. of payments” to “Loan Term Length” – Instead of “no. of payments = 60 months,” you want it to be “Loan term length = 5 years,” or instead of “no. of payments = 240 months,” it should be “Loan term length = 20 years.” Ans: Currently, we do not have an option for this text change, but you can use the Loco Translate plugin for label changes. Displaying the number of months in years is challenging because we also have quarterly, weekly, and fortnightly options, making it difficult to convert into a yearly format. However, we have a backend option to show a label below the textbox that displays the converted value in years, months, days, etc. Here’s a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/XaKMwDqzQh6e . It appears on the frontend like this: https://prnt.sc/kdvMncn8NETJ . Option to hide “total interest payable” – This isn’t very relevant for your users. Ans: This option is not available right now, but we can consider it in a future plugin update. Option to hide the field “payment in arrears” – This is a backend calculation, and you don’t need users seeing how it is calculated. Ans: You can hide “arrears” from the backend. Here’s a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/xJr-n0trJ-hs . – In the interest rate form field, hiding the “p.a.” Ans: It can be done, and we can consider this in our next version launch. Front-end checkbox for the user to select “balloon payment” – This would toggle on a field entry box of “Amortization” next to “loan term.” For instance, a 5-year loan term and a 20-year amortization at 5% interest would automatically calculate the balloon payment. Ans: I did not fully understand this part. Users can set the balloon amount to 0 if not needed. Additionally, it can be hidden from the admin: https://prnt.sc/EydxxZjIgtbZ . You can directly contact us via email help.worldweb@gmail.com for further more conversation. Thank you! Hi @pholla Going to close this ticket, We have added most of things in our plugin as per your request. If you have still anything you can send an email or create new ticket here. Thank You
