The plugin only seems to be accessible for users with Administrator role. I would like users with Editor role to create manual links. Is this possible, or is it a feature request Thanks. However, you can give URL Shortify Access to other roles (like Editor, Author or any custom role) via access controll feature of URL Shortify PRO . This doc will help you how you can set up.
