supportHow do I create a new Customer Email for when they buy a specific product? Do I need to buy the pro version? Does the default email apply to all other purchases?
Hi @envisiondesign , YayMail itself is mainly designed for customizing existing WooCommerce email templates , not for creating completely new email types from scratch. However, you can achieve this by using YayMail together with third-party plugins that allow you to create new email triggers or custom order statuses. Once those plugins add new email templates, YayMail Pro can detect and let you customize them visually. You may want to check out some custom order status plugins or automation tools like AutomateWoo (try searching “AutomateWoo plugin” on Google). https://docs.yaycommerce.com/yaymail/integrations As for your other question yes, the default WooCommerce email (like the “Processing Order” email) applies to all purchases unless a third-party plugin creates a more specific email template. Since this forum does not allow discussions related to paid-plugins, kindly reach our team here to clarify any query related to that: yaycommerce.com/support Hope that helps! Regards, Alina
Would I be able to use the Conditional Logic within the Processing Email to show standard info to most but special content for a specific product? IE: use the current Processing Email but add in “switchable” content based upon the conditional?
Hi @envisiondesign , That is correct. You can learn more about it here: https://docs.yaycommerce.com/yaymail/addons/conditional-logic Regards.
Do I need to buy the pro version AND the conditional add on OR just he add on?
