Hello, The images of the courier (for example FedEx) are not showing anymore in the tracking emails, it just shows a broken image. How do I fix this? It is for the website ubiqbio.com Hi @basvweb , Thank you for reporting this issue. Please share: The broken image URL from the email Your WordPress, WooCommerce, and Advanced Shipment Tracking (AST) plugin versions So we can investigate this further. Best Regards, Satish Hi @satishzorem , Thank you for your reply. WooCommerce: Version 10.7.0 AST: Version 3.9.2 WordPress: 6.9.4 Image of the email with the broken images: https://ibb.co/cRsrWTk This reply was modified 3 weeks ago by basvweb . Hi @basvweb , Thank you for sharing the details and screenshot. Please follow these steps: Go to WooCommerce → Shipment Tracking → Shipping Carriers Click the top-right menu (⋮) Select “Sync Carriers” After syncing, the updated carrier images should load correctly in the emails. Also, based on the screenshot you shared, it looks like even the tracking progress bar image is not loading there. I tested this on our side and the carrier images are displaying correctly in the email template. Sometimes email clients block external images by default and show a “ Display images ” or “ Show images ” button/message in the email. Could you please check if such an option appears in your email client and click it once to see if the images load correctly? Best regards, Satish @satishzorem Could it also have to do something with Cloudflare? I recently installed Cloudflare on my server. Hi @basvweb , It is possible that some Cloudflare settings could be affecting the carrier images in the emails. As a test, you could temporarily disable Cloudflare and then send a new tracking email to check whether the images load correctly. After that, please let us know the result. Best regards, Satish
