Greetings. Now try the free version of the plugin and find out how long it took for a Contact to be saved if this appears to be an error: ERROR: This contact has duplicate. Status will be forced into draft. and the contact was automatically deleted and the data was lost. Hi @moodcomunicazione , Thank you for reaching out to us. Hi @moodcomunicazione , Thanks for the update. We would like to kindly ask you if you can provide us with a screenshot of such contacts. (Please hide personal information if any) Since this is the first such case, we are wondering if it could be a plugin conflict, if you have any other plugin related to “contacts” or “roles” is a possible cause. Greetings. We just checked, unfortunately the problem persists. When a contact is updated, the contact list is automatically completely emptied.
