Hi team, I’ve logged a ticket via our account on Sellkit and haven’t received any response. We are having an issue that order bumps do not follow the conditions set (any condition). If a product is added to cart and proceed to checkout the order bump do not trigger any of the conditions set, but follows to show every single upsell irrespective of the rules/conditions. Thanks for getting in touch and sorry that your support ticket has been missed. There was a case that Bumbs did not follow conditions in the global checkout and it was fixed and released in last December (v1.8.1). https://sellkit.canny.io/changelog
