Certainly not with the Suffice theme. I activate the theme and the plugin and I get a white field where there should be stuff. No, I an not going to provide a screen shot because the screen shot would be just of a white field and that would do nothing. Theme Grill knows the plugin far better than I and it is they who need to go over their code with a fine toothed comb. They can get off their butts and look. Hi there, Well, we have already tested this and again asked our developers to test this in different conditions and there is no such issue. Would you be kind enough to tell the steps on how to create this? Also, sometimes, it can be some be due to plugin conflict. So, try deactivating your active plugins one by one and see if this solves the issue.
