supportHi, we are using the AgreeMe Checkboxes plugin in our shop and it works great. But the paypal billing method (“PayPal Payments plugin”) seems to have a problem with the plugin: Our checkbox at checkout is set to required. When I check the checkbox, choose paypal and click submit the paypal window is opening, directly closes again and the “Required Alert Message” is shown. There is no way to use paypal. I used this plugin from WooCommerce: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-paypal-payments/ On Friday I switched to the “standard” PayPal method which is described here – this works: https://woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/ (There is also said that this method is outdated and recommended to use the plugin mentioned above.) Do you think your fix does resolve my problem too? Best regards Steffen
I just switched back to the recommended plugin and the pop-up-window from paypal does not close directly after opening. So the problem might be fixed. Unfortunately right now I cannot make a full test.
Yes I fixed the issue, tested with the recommended Paypal plugin and it worked. Regards, Amin
