Hi, I realise this ‘issue’ may be a little contrived. I read a post from 6 months ago regarding the OceanWP theme, and Hestia has the same issue in that the title call is different from the norm. In the parent theme, I’ve found the title call in a buried file (hestia/inc/views/blog/class-hestia-individual-single-layout.php) and was able to display the subtitle by inserting the Template Tag below the call (below if statement at line 214), as per Github page. Now this would be fine except the modification will be overwritten when the parent theme is updated, and this isn’t a file that can be included in my child to override. Please could I get a suggestion as to how I can proceed, if there is a way? Of the several subtitle plugins, this is the one with the simplest documentation to get it working, albeit with a workaround at the moment. Hi there, Do you still need help? Cheers, Philip Hi Philip, I didn’t come up with a solution for this, with my ‘best’ option being placing the code in the parent theme. If you have a solution then that would be great, if not then don’t worry too much! Thanks, Scott
