It would be handy to have a feature that allows the code to be treated in “sections”, each of which can be toggled on or off, or possibly allocated to certain pages. This saves the inconvenience of dealing with cut and paste tasks, using an external text file, for switching codes on or off. The toggle system would also allow alternative codes for similar tasks to be compared. This is an interesting feature concept that I can certainly see the use case for, but I tend to think something like Google Tag Manager would be a better solution for someone needing that functionality. I was thinking more generally, for code that does any function. Very easy to compare alternatives. Very easy to switch on an off.
