supportHi, I have a problem with your plugin. I using S3 from Digital Ocean but the thumbnail image showing master image instead. It should 351×462 image. When I disable media cloud https://wordpress.org/plugins/ilab-media-tools/ the plugin works normal. Can you help me please? Regards The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]

I input https://res.cloudinary.com/ url just like your documentation on github. Screenshot http://prntscr.com/mnc398 . My bucket url https://res.cloudinary.com/bucketname/ on CDN setting media cloud.
Okay, this seems fine, I think there might be an issue with your settings on Cloudinary. I think it might be pointing to your website? If you want the images to come from S3, Cloudinary should point to S3 and not your website. That’s probably why it works when you turn that other plugin off. Hope that helps!
Actually it’s already pointed out on DO S3 http://prntscr.com/mnrs9d . When I pointed out to my site url the image will not showing. Sorry I think I didn’t quite clear at above. Auto cloudinary enabled and I should input my bucket here http://prntscr.com/mnrvvt . The master image appear like this http://prntscr.com/mnrv9i . And this is when I disabled auto cloudinary http://prntscr.com/mnrwq2 no master image appear here.

@filmarelu Your settings look okay to me. Okay, I think I understand your problem now. I think Media Cloud must be altering the image thumbnails in some way. You mentioned it works fine when you disable Media Cloud? What do the image URLs look like when you disable Auto Cloudinary and enable Media Cloud? I think there’s a conflict between these plugins.
I quite shock that now when I disabled Auto Cloudinary the image URLs appear properly like this https://res.cloudinary.com/indofashion/image/upload/gg/2019/02/pot-head-s-s-t-shirt_3-71-408×530.jpg . Because before I didn’t input it on CDN base URL on media cloud. And the shop url gave me master image like this https://res.cloudinary.com/indofashion/q_auto,dpr_1.0,c_lpad/gg/2019/02/tree-hug-l-s-t-shirt_2-11.jpg screenshot http://prntscr.com/mo088g . Sorry my bad, actually this is what I want and before I didn’t check the URLs it’s already the url thumbnail what I want here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cloudinary-showing-master-image/#post-11228050 . So the point is I don’t need to use your plugin and just need to put my cloudinary url on CDN Base URL on media cloud https://res.cloudinary.com/indofashion/image/upload/gg/ . Thank you for your fast responses I really appreciate that. And I want to say that your plugin really helpful and the best when you don’t need to using S3. And also it’s cheaper than imgix because it’s free and in my country have the lowest latency because Akamai.
