Thank you for awesome plugin mate! But tell us, how did you forget to add class “All”? Sometimes it needed to recruit just all, so you can show in in one simple line: All High. i’m not actively maintaining this plugin any more, and i only make a new release when i think it’s absolutely necessary (e.g. if it’s completely broken in a new version of wordpress), but feel free to write an issue in github, and i will add it in the next release
