Hi, I have a question regarding CIM behavior. When I delete a customer profile or payment profile in the Authorize.net CIM dashboard, the saved card for the customer still appears under My Account → Payment Methods on the website. It doesn’t get removed. Likewise, if I delete a saved card from the customer side (Payment Methods page), the corresponding profile remains in the CIM section on Authorize.net. Is this the expected behavior, or should these actions be synchronized between both sides? Thank you. Hello, Thank you for your question. Currently, this synchronization functionality is not implemented in our plugin, so changes made in Authorize.Net CIM and the WooCommerce “My Account → Payment Methods” section do not automatically reflect on each other. However, we understand the importance of keeping both sides in sync. We are planning to add this feature in our upcoming release, which is expected to be available early next week. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions. Best Regards Hi, I appreciate your prompt reply. Please keep me updated once that feature is implemented on a new version. Thank you! Hello, We have included a fix for the issue you reported in this version (1.0.9.1) : Download Link Please try this and let us know how it works for you Best Regards
