We have had a problem where an issue has happened but is a one in a while issue. We have only seen it 5 times in the last month but it’s causing an issue. When users are checking out they get an error (we haven’t been able to get someone to screenshot it for us yet) and it looks like the transaction failed but it actually goes through and it looks like ShopMagic has an issue. We are running WooCommerce 9.7.1 and the ShopForWooCommerce is Version 4.4.1. 2025-03-29T18:07:44+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught WPDesk\ShopMagic\Exception\CannotProvideCustomerException: No customer provided in /home/xxxxxc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/shopmagic-for-woocommerce/src/Customer/Interceptor/CompositeCustomerProvider.php:27 CONTEXT: {“error”:{“type”:1,”file”:”/home/xxxxxc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/shopmagic-for-woocommerce/src/Customer/Interceptor/CompositeCustomerProvider.php”,”line”:27},”remote-logging”:true,”backtrace”:[“”,”#0 /home/xxxxxc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/shopmagic-for-woocommerce/src/Frontend/Interceptor/PreSubmitData.php(179): WPDesk\ShopMagic\Customer\Interceptor\CompositeCustomerProvider->get_customer()”,”#1 /home/xxxxxc/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(324): WPDesk\ShopMagic\Frontend\Interceptor\PreSubmitData->ajax_capture_email(”)”,”#2 /home/xxxxxc/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(348): WP_Hook->apply_filters(”, Array)”,”#3 /home/xxxxxc/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action(Array)”,”#4 /home/xxxxxc/public_html/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php(207): do_action(‘wp_ajax_nopriv_…’)”,”#5 {main}”,”thrown”]} The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us with this issue.
