Manja Neumann unresolved
Some customers receive the following message: “These products were in your previous Cart. You can ‘Create Cart’ based on them.” and beside is placed a button which does nothing. What is this and why is it in the plugin? Hello Manja Neumann! This Message may appear in a situation where the User has put Products in the Cart, but then closed the Browser. That is, the Order was not formed and paid. The cart was not Cleared. But then, the User, on the same computer, tried to open the Cart again without adding new Products to it. In this situation, you can Ignore it and just start making new purchases. Or Form the Cart based on Previous unformatted Products. Yeah no! The customers complain and cannot go further. How can I disable that? This is a plugin for decimal quantities, not for recovering carts right? Can I see a link to your Shop? It would be interesting to see and try to get the same result as you described. We had to uninstall it because many customers were unable to make purchases and were confused by the recovery message. I hadn’t come across this on the test server, and it wasn’t mentioned in your documentation either. We weren’t expecting it, because this is a plugin for decimal quantities.
