Hello Shipping Rate By Cities support team, first of all, thank you very much for this excellent plugin. It works very well overall and does exactly what we need in terms of city-based shipping logic. However, we are facing two issues in real-world usage and would really appreciate your guidance or a possible solution. 1. City selection in Checkout (Billing Address) At the moment, the city dropdown in the billing address fields only shows cities that are also configured for shipping . This is problematic for us because many customers have a billing address that differs from the delivery location (customers often come from outside our delivery areas). Our expectation / desired behavior would be: Keep the default WooCommerce behavior for billing address fields Restrict cities only for the shipping address , not for billing Is there a setting or recommended approach to achieve this? 2. Cart / Shipping methods for non-deliverable cities When a customer selects a city that does not have any available shipping rate , the following happens: The shipping method is still displayed in the cart The selected city remains visible No warning or error message is shown This causes confusion, as customers assume that delivery is available for that city. Our questions: Is it possible to automatically hide the shipping method when the selected city is not deliverable? Alternatively, can we display a notice or error message , such as “Delivery is not available for the selected city”? Our goal is to clearly communicate to customers whether delivery is possible or not. Thank you very much in advance for your support, and once again thank you for this great plugin. Kind regards Daniel Hi @virtual03 , Apologies for late response. Thank you for your kind feedback. This is a good reality check for our team while developing the solutions for real-world use case scenarios. Please find our response for both the points you have asked: 1) Yes, we would definitely work on it and provide a quick update fixing this. Thank you for your insight. 2) Could you please share a short video of the issue. We just want to make sure if what we understood is correct or not. Thanks again. Kindly respond on the email : Hello@tridenttechnolabs.com if possible for quick responses. Thanks and regards, Trident Technolabs
