Hi, I would like to add/edit some metadata fields to adapt it for comic books. For example for comic books you’ll have a writer, artist, colorist and letterer while there is only one Author field. Is this something possible? Also I would like to change the date formatting from US to EU. it’s currently 10/1/2014 (for October 1st) and I would like to make like 1/10/2014 (October 1st). Thanks so much for this awesome plugin! https://wordpress.org/plugins/book-review/ Hi, I currently don’t have any plans to introduce functionality such as that into the plugin. I’m actually working on a premium version of this plugin, which doesn’t allow me much time to add anything major to this one right now. Having said that, I am currently adding some filters and hooks, so if you are familiar with WordPress development, you could create a new plugin that extends this one and add the fields that you need. As for the date format, I think the third option in the Release Date Format field is the one you want. Thx. Hi Donna – Thanks for your answer. I’ll wait for the premium version, thanks. I think I may have confused you with my answer. To clarify, the premium version of this plugin is not going to have support for adding custom fields. Rather, the premium version is going to make it easy to monetize your site by auto-generating custom Amazon links for every book, so that if someone purchases that book as a result of clicking through from your site, then you will earn a commission on that purchase. At this time, I don’t really have any big updates planned for the free plugin, only a few minor ones. Thx. Marked as resolved.
