Hi dears, We got an email from you support (Kustom) support about updating API endpoints by the end of March. Last time I checked the code, its still using klarna endpoints. Wondering when you will release a new version with updated endpoints? Regards Foad from Frontkom.com Hi @foadyousefi We created this guide so hopefully this will guide you in the right direction: Guide: Resolve the endpoint warning in Kustom To get the “green light” in the Kustom portal regarding endpoints, we have now received updated information on how the process works. The warning is based on your historical usage; Kustom has logged all previous actions and is now waiting for the same types of actions to be carried out again, but against Kustom’s own endpoint. More information from Kustom For in-depth reading, see Kustom’s own help pages: Endpoint switch for WooCommerce API Endpoint switch status Checklist: How to get “Green light” Update Plugins Klarna Order Management for WooCommerce: Version 1.11.0 or higher. Kustom Checkout for WooCommerce: Version 2.17.0 or higher. Create a test order Place a completely new order in the store. Carry out the following actions on the order: Edit/Update: Change something in the order. See guide here. Capture: Set the order to Completed. See guide here. Refund: Process a refund on the order. See guide here. Wait 24 hours The system needs time to sync. Then check in the Kustom portal if the warning is gone. If the warning persists If you have completed the above steps and the warning still remains after 24 hours, please contact Kustom’s support directly to take it further. @boozebrorsan Thanks for super fast response. Checked the code and looks like this has been taken care of. Closing this ticket. @foadyousefi If you still see the warning in the portal it can be that you have used a connection to there API endpoints from another service (For instance if you activate orders through an ERP service or similar…) So if you still see it, I recommend that you get in touch with Kustom so they can see what might be the reason why the warning still is active. I thought I just wanted to point this out. Good luck with your store!
