I’m working on a LMS for a class of mine, and i am using this plugin from WordPress (WP Courses LMS). Everything works fine, however the “All Categories” list keeps loading. If you search or select a category it works directly, On my site it is called “Alle Categorieën”, i changed the language but before i did that is was also loading. If you click “Periode 1” you directly see the courses. How can i fix the all categories list? Thanks in advance for your time! The site is a work in progress, so don’t mention te content 🙂 This topic was modified 3 years, 1 month ago by markbrink . The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi there, Try turning off caching This can either be done via a plugin or your hosting provider offers this functionality (especially WPEngine caused caching issues in the past) Why could this solve your issue? Caching might lead to cached course content and thus leading to corrupt visual display. In case turning off the cache solved your issue, you might want to consider turning it on again and only setting an exception for your courses pages. Please let me know if it worked. I tried turning of the cache, but that does not do the trick. I used lighspeed cache and WP Super cache and even tried to do i manually with define(‘WP_CACHE’,true); by turning it into False. But all three ways ain’t fixing it. It is turned off at this moment. Hi, I know this error, it is typical for cache related issues. Can you please also try the other options: https://wpcoursesplugin.com/contact/ I have checked the cache settings on the server/website and asked support of my provider. Cache is not turned on. Also tried switching themes and deactivating all plugins. All the same response. This reply was modified 3 years, 1 month ago by markbrink .
