Our company is based in Slovakia and we have a contract with GLS Slovakia. We are able to ship Cash on Delivery orders to the Czech Republic and accept payment in CZK without any problem on the carrier side. However, your GLS plugin shows an error when generating labels for COD orders going to the Czech Republic. When exporting labels, we receive the following message: ”1 label could not be generated.” This happens specifically with Czech COD orders (CZK). Regular orders without COD are exported without issues. Could you please advise how to configure the plugin so that COD shipments to the Czech Republic work correctly? Is COD in CZK supported by your plugin through GLS Slovakia? Thank you in advance for your help. Barbora Priehodová The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi, can you turn on plugin logs and see what does GLS response looks like? Hi, the error was my fault – I put incorrect ZIP code, sorry. But there is still a problem – please find details of the order (in Czech language Dobírka means Cash on delivery) and the label generated from your plugin. The cash on delivery is missing on the label. So plugin generates the labels BUT without cash on delivery services. In our contract with GLS Slovakia we can deliver COD within Slovakia and Czech republic. Slovak orders – there is everything OK and it works correctly. Please find screenshots there: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lGwCb5ROb01OKJtUUFrHP1l62_P_mRSZ?usp=drive_link Many thanks! Barbora Hi Goran, I just wanted to check if you’ve already had the opportunity to review this issue. Is there anything else you need from my side? Many thanks, Barbora Following.
