Hi @davidecho , Thank you for reaching out! Upon reviewing your System status report, we noticed that WP Cron is disabled on the site – most likely this has been done through the wp-config.php file. The attribute sync mechanism relies on Cron to be able to pass attributes data to the Commerce Manager. Please enable WP Cron, then perform a re-sync from Facebook > Product Sync > Sync products.
