Followed all the instructions – seasoned WooCommerce and WordPress user. Can’t integrate my store – constantly get Error: An error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data. Prepared to accept it could be my WooCommerce but Printful and Printify integrate. This plugin is now 11 months without an update and isn’t even guaranteed to work with this version of WooCommerce. I suspect it is broken. I’m experiencing the same problem! Same here! Error: An error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data. Did you guys ever resolve this or get a fix? Thinking about moving our entire business off Gooten this evening. I am so frustrated. Same issue here, cant integrate at all… guys please fix this Same here! I see the last comment was over 2 months ago, and they still haven’t fixed it. If they don’t solve this soon, I’m moving off Gooten entirely. They were completely unprepared for Christmas 2020. I sell through Etsy mainly and received negative feedback because of their delays in fulfillment. I’m thinking of going back to Printful, I clicked around a few buttons and they integrated with WooCommerce instantly. I never ended up going with Gooten at all. Their loss – I’m doing pretty well on other platforms now and not going to be grovelling to them to get on board. The thing is, Printful might be more expensive, but their quality is there, they rarely let me down (and will put it right if they do) and they seem to care. I just had embroidered shirts delivered within 5 days with Printful. Bye Gooten. Shan’t miss you (cos you never let me even try you!)

Did you guys ever resolve this or get a fix? Thinking about moving our entire business off Gooten this evening. I am so frustrated.
