Can’t install the plugin completely

I have tried installing your plugin via “Add New Plugin” in the wp admin panel. I noticed for setting the permissions I could not navigate to “pitchprint/system/settings.php” to set the permissions, the system file folder is empty. I activated the plugin only to find the plugin did not install completely. The only option was Business Cards when I added a new product. I need T-Shirts to be an option. So I deleted the files from the server and manually uploaded the files via Filezilla. Again the system file is empty. And the plugin will not come up to activate it in the admin panel for WordPress.
