Hello, I purchased a VW pro theme and set website up using Ibtana. Now I can’t edit pages anymore. There is no Ibtana block editor option for my pages. Please help. And related to the license, your license is expired for the theme or plugin? which license have you purchased? The Ibtana Block editor plugin is free to use there is no license for this plugin. Please share these details so that we can help you. Thanks Purchased license for VW Health Coach Pro 1.3.6 . Version 1.1.9.9 Builder. Not using Ibtana – Ecommerce Product Addons , Woocommerce. The issue is when the blue edit circles for the blocks don’t appear anymore. After some testing, it looks like it was something to do with the ecommerce addons, their updates caused the issue, so I removed them. Also, the free Health Coach, wellness themes were just upgraded. Paid Coach Pro was’t updated since 2021. Can’t customers get the updates that free users get? Hello @pi123 , we have resolved this issue in our lasted update.
