supportI can no longer edit the news ticker on my site. It just shows various settings but the content is no longer there. ? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
Does other functionality on the edit page work, like changing tabs/buttons or adding new ticks? It’s possible some other update on your site has created a javascript error that is affecting the edit screen. Not sure what you’re asking. I’ve always just selected the Legacy and been able to edit the ones I have showing on my website, but now all I get is a bunch of settings but no actual news ticket.
If you click on Ticker Mode or Global Settings does anything happen? Or, can you create a new tick? I’m just trying to find out if only the editing of the text field is not working or if all functionality is broken. I’m guessing there was an update on your site that is now causing a javascript error.
