I’ve tried to delete the plugin, but when I deactivate it and then click delete. It tells me I can’t delete the plugin because it is active on the main site. How do I delete this plugin from my website? This topic was modified 1 year, 4 months ago by Kevin . It also has a widget in the bottom corner of my site (only visible to adman) I can’t seem to disable it. This may be the reason why I’m not able to delete the plugin. How do I disable this widget? There is also a widget associated with your plugin that tells me the widget is available only to the admin of the site. This may be the reason why I’m not able to delete the plugin. How do I disable the widget permanently? This reply was modified 1 year, 4 months ago by Kevin . Thank you for your question Kevin. Usually, our plugin can be deactivated like any other plugin. Maybe are you using a multisite which may cause this? Thank you Nick for your reply. No, I’m not using a multisite network for my business website. However, I finally figured out what I needed to do in order to remove the invisible widget. I had to activate a cache plugin and clear the cache. Thanks! for your help. 🙂 This reply was modified 1 year, 4 months ago by Kevin . Okay, cool, thanks for confirming! 🙂
