Can’t create a Form

Hello Sir, I can’t create a Form. There’s just nothing to create the Form with. When I click on the Menu from WP Admin, I am greeted with a Page that looks like this– https://prntscr.com/vzi2dm 2.) When I hover on the NS Product frontend icon on WP Admin, there’s nothing to show submenus and settings. So there’s no way to create a form. 3.) And when logged in, as Admin, and I click on the Page or the Menu link, I am taken to this page where I see only the shortcode, rather than the form– https://styleandpatterns.com.ng/add-product/ Please, How can I fix this?
