You can’t get a hold of them and there is no way to cancel the service. Hi Chris, of course you can cancel it, quite easily in fact, however let’s first clarify why you say you couldn’t get hold of us (we offer very good support). When did you first reach out to us, and how? Tried through email, when we signed up this was a one time thing, we didn’t know if we wanted to keep this. We are phasing this product out, don’t have never used support, don’t need the updates. And how do you cancel it, can’t seem to find that. Ok I think I found your email now. Is seems you emailed us (close to 11pm our time), and immediately afterwards posted this review. Please give us at least a few hours to respond, esp. when it’s during the night. As your question pertains to the premium plugin, let’s clarify it over email (according to WP rules only the free plugin is supported in this forum). Thank you.
