Can’t even access the website to add a website it loads and loads. bad first experience. im on a paid pro plan Hi @romeon , This can usually happen if your server is blocking our API process, so our API tries various methods of avoiding the block however if it fails for whatever reason it can cause render delays or even not loading at all, depending what kind of blocking is occuring. In most cases we redirect to original source if possible. To inspect the issue further and fix it on your site we would need you to raise the ticket at our agency portal https://app.wpcompress.com/ (top right corner) and we will assist you promptly. Hi @romeon , This can usually happen if your server is blocking our API process, so our API tries various methods of avoiding the block however if it fails for whatever reason it can cause render delays or even not loading at all, depending what kind of blocking is occuring.
