Hi! I have trouble accessing the settings menus. I can see the “general setting”, “order statues & notifications”.. But i can’t access the menus. When i click on them, nothing happens.. What may be the issue? Hi @henriklensberg , Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like there may be a conflict preventing the settings tabs from loading properly. Please try the following steps: First, try clearing your browser cache or opening the settings page in an incognito/private window to rule out any cached files causing the issue. If that doesn’t resolve it, try temporarily deactivating other plugins on your site and then check if the settings tabs work. If they do, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify which plugin is causing the conflict. Best Regards, Gaurav Hello! Thanks for quick reply. I have tried to delete det cache, and also try fro another browser. Dosent work. I have tried to deactivate all other plugins except woocommerce and woopayments. Still not working.. The plugin works fine, and is functional on my page, but i cant access the settings buttons.. Hi @henriklensberg , Thank you for trying those steps! Since clearing the cache and deactivating other plugins didn’t resolve the issue, it’s possible that your current theme may be causing a conflict with the settings tabs. Could you try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront and check if the settings tabs become accessible? This will help us determine if the issue is theme-related. Please let me know how it goes! Best regards, Gaurav Hi @henriklensberg , Thank you for reporting this issue. Could you please let us know which version of WooCommerce you are currently using? Also, please open the plugin settings page and check your browser console (right-click → Inspect → Console tab). Then click on “Settings / General Settings” and “Shipping Carriers / Enable Carriers” and see if any errors appear in the console. If you notice any errors, please share a screenshot with us. This will help us investigate the issue more accurately. Best regards, Satish
